D. M. Black, from Claiming Kindred

Mr. Greenway's Instructions

When you're feeding a lion, boy, feeding a lion,
You don't just put out the pot,
As if you were feeding the cat!
You bang it down with a clang of iron,
Bang it again with a clang of iron,
And a crash like a pistol-shot!
The lion will hunger at that, boy,
Lions get hungry at that.
