In a publishing world that appears by and large dismissive of translated literature, Arc is a beacon of hope to those of us who love to see and hear poetry from countries whose languages we do not speak! I have several of Arc’s beautifully produced titles and am proud to say that one of them is mine. But for Arc, a wonderful Luxembourg poet would not be available to poetry lovers in this country.
Tony Ward and Angela Jarman are to be congratulated on the fine work they do, especially for their invaluable contribution to poetry in translation.
