I heard just now from Tony Curtis that you had lost your Arts Council funding and wanted to add my voice to the many others who are horrified by these cuts to one of the most consistently impressive literary publishers in these islands. I hope and trust the Arts Council will see the error of its ways, but imagine you will both be busy now, at least in the shorter term, simply trying to find ways to make ends meet.
