Arc's contribution to culture and literature is valuable and important non only in UK but also in Europe. It gives the opportunity to know poets and poetry offering possibilities wich would disappear if its activity should come to an end. Culture is a primary need for progress and mutual understanding as it is Art. I ask that this activity may continue without obstacles as a voice in the diverse but connected European cultures.
