I'm writing to say how sorry and shocked I am to hear of the Arts Council's decision to cut Arc.
Not only do you publish some of the most exciting voices in the U.K but your parallel texts translation series is unique and as a reader - and also in my teaching - I rely on it. How else can we prevent insularity of the arts except through collaborations such as the translation of literature?
